ERIN MOELLER

As Chief of Staff at Journey Strategic Wealth, Erin Moeller serves as the firm’s central connector, orchestrating people, processes, and priorities to ensure the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. She oversees firm-wide administrative workflow, internal and external communications, and key operational relationships, including vendors, strategic partners, and stakeholders. Erin’s role is essential to supporting both the leadership team and client-facing professionals in delivering an exceptional experience.

Before joining Journey, Erin spent over 11 years at TD Ameritrade, where she built a reputation for excellence in high-level executive support. There, she worked closely with the Board of Directors and most recently supported the President and CEO—developing deep expertise in organizational management and high-pressure decision environments.

Erin is known for her meticulous attention to detail, strategic coordination, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings. She is an active member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals and continuously invests in her professional growth through an outward mindset and leadership development lens.

Originally from Latham, NY, Erin holds an Associate of Science degree, a Bachelor of Arts, and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education, along with her teaching certification in English for grades 7–12. She is passionate about giving back and supports causes including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, SAY, and Habitat for Humanity.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys skiing, cooking, and exploring new places with her husband and their tabby cat, Beans.
