ERIN MOELLER

Erin Moeller is the Chief of Staff at Journey Strategic Wealth, LLC, where she skillfully manages administrative operations and client relations across the firm. She oversees a wide range of essential functions, including administrative workflow, internal and external communications, and key vendor partnerships.

Prior to joining Journey, Erin spent more than 11 years at TD Ameritrade, where she built a strong foundation in the financial services industry. During her tenure, she excelled in several executive assistant roles, supported the President and CEO, and worked closely with the Board of Directors.

Erin has a proven track record of exceptional performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, paired with outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational strengths. She is an active member of The American Society of Administrative Professionals and is committed to continuous professional growth through an outward-mindset approach.

Originally from Latham, NY, Erin holds an Associate of Science degree, a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master of Arts degree in Secondary Education, and an initial teaching certification in English grades 7–12. She is passionate about contributing to organizations that drive meaningful impact, including Make-A-Wish Foundation, SAY, Habitat for Humanity, Protect Our Winters, and The Energy Foundation.
